- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Slice chicken into strips.
- To assemble tacos, top with slices of avocado, corn salsa, shredded cabbage, queso fresco or sauce
- Serve immediately with hot sauce, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
